What this service is

HimalPath generates suggested Nepal trekking itineraries using an AI model that chains route, weather, and altitude-safety tools. Everything it produces is an AI-generated estimate, not professional guiding, medical, or travel advice.

Use at your own risk

Trekking at altitude is inherently dangerous and can be life-threatening. Routes, permits, lodge availability, and weather change constantly and may differ from what this tool suggests. You are solely responsible for verifying every detail — routes, permits, current conditions, and your own fitness and health — with qualified local operators and official sources before you travel.

Nothing here is medical advice. Carry appropriate insurance (including helicopter evacuation), learn the signs of AMS/HAPE/HACE, and descend if symptoms appear.

Natural-hazard warnings are informational and incomplete. Landslide, flood, earthquake, road and flight disruption checks are derived from regional public sources (GDACS, ReliefWeb, Open-Meteo rainfall data) and periodically refreshed reports. These sources monitor districts and regions — not individual trekking trails or bridges — and may lag events by hours or days. The absence of a warning is never confirmation that a route, road, or crossing is safe or open, and a warning may be out of date or not apply to your section. Always confirm current conditions with a registered trekking operator, the Nepal Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, and district authorities before and during travel.
