Questions
What happens when my Trip Pass ends?
After 60 days your account goes back to the free tier: 3 plans a month, no chat. Every plan you made stays in your account. Buy another pass whenever your next trip comes up — a pass bought while one is still running adds another 60 days.
Is the Trip Pass a subscription?
No. It is one charge of $19 and it never renews. Plus is the monthly subscription, for people who plan treks all year.
How do I cancel Plus?
Email [email protected] from your account address and it is cancelled before the next billing date — you keep Plus until then. Self-serve cancellation in the app is coming.
What does "fair use" mean for chat?
Chat is unlimited for normal trip planning. A ceiling of 200 messages a month and 60 a day only exists to stop automated abuse.
Why isn't everything free?
Every plan chains live route, weather, hazard and altitude-safety checks through an AI model, which costs real money to run. Three plans a month are free; a Trip Pass is less than one night in a Namche lodge.
